By joining the VividView Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility:
Participants must be 18+ and follow all applicable laws.

2. Commissions:
Earn 15% on each successful referral. Only completed payments count.

3. Tracking:
Your referral link will use cookies (valid for 30 days) to track referred customers.

4. Payouts:
– Minimum payout: $25 USD
– Paid monthly (1st–5th) via PayPal or other approved method
– You must provide accurate payout info

5. Prohibited Practices:
– No spam or misleading claims
– No self-referrals
– No misuse of brand keywords in ads

6. Termination:
We may suspend affiliates for unethical or fraudulent activity.

7. Changes to Terms:
We may update this policy at any time.

8. Governing Law:
This agreement is governed by the laws of Canada.
